This Privacy Policy describes how the Student Fee Tracker iOS application ("the App") collects, uses, and stores information.
The App lets you record student names, classes, and fee payments. This information is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. It is not transmitted to us or to any third-party server.
When you delete the App, this data is removed with it. We do not retain any backups.
To use the App you must sign in. Authentication is handled by Auth0, a third-party identity provider operated by Okta. During sign-in, Auth0 collects:
The App stores the resulting authentication token securely in the iOS Keychain on your device so you don't have to sign in every time. We do not have access to your password — Auth0 handles that directly.

The student names, class names, and payment amounts you enter are stored on your device only. We strongly recommend that you only record information you are authorized to keep, and that you obtain any necessary consent from parents or guardians of the students.
The App does not include analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking SDKs. We do not track you across apps or websites.
The App is intended for use by educators and administrators (adults). The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
If we make material changes, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
